Happy belated Fourth of July! For those of you who enjoy reading science fiction online, I’m pleased to be able to share a new story I’ve written, “The Supreme Art of War.” I wrote this piece as an entry for the Army’s Mad Scientist Initiative’s science fiction writing contest. The goal was to describe a conflict between the U.S. and a near-peer antagonist in 2030. My submission was selected by David Brin as one of the semi-finalists.
